YOUR ROLE

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Assist in global recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, interviewing, supporting work permits, and onboarding employees across different countries.
    • Employee Relations: Serve as a key HR contact for employees across various regions, addressing inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures with cultural sensitivity.
    • Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other region-specific benefits, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local standards.
    • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with international, regional, and local employment laws and regulations, aligning company policies accordingly.
    • Performance Management: Support global performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and employee development tailored to different cultural contexts.
    • HR Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate HR records across locations, ensuring data security and compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations.
    • Training & Development: Support training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness in an international environment.
    • Policy Development: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with international best practices and local labor laws.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a multinational or global company.
  • Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high cultural awareness.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data management tools, preferably Personio.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and analytical skills.
  • HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, PHR are a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities are a strong advantage.
