Strategic Projects Lead

(Gender does not matter to us, as long as you are diligent and your performance is solid)

Interested in something sweet? Join us as a Manager of Strategic Projects!
Delitzsch | Tradition Meets Growth | Full-time, permanent

If you're tired of mediocrity and want to influence decisions, come where real passion is — at Halloren, Germany's oldest chocolate factory.
Our mission: Make people happy — with chocolate and with you!

We are looking for a peer-level manager. A strategist with backbone. A professional who knows what they can do — and is ready to start with us.

Responsibilities

  • You work directly with management — not as an assistant, but as an influencer
  • You drive strategic topics, manage commercial projects, and keep the big picture in mind
  • You analyze data — not just interpret it, defend it, and turn it into action
  • You meet deadlines, achieve project goals, and keep all stakeholders on track
  • You serve as a spokesperson, mediator, and doer — internally and externally

Profile

  • A completed business administration degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least 10-15 years of professional experience — you're no rookie, you know the game
  • Clarity of mind, quality in actions, responsibility at heart
  • Ideally, you have SAP skills
  • Excellent English skills spoken and written (interview conducted in English with a native speaker)
  • You can laugh in a team — and critically question when things go wrong
  • You are open, communicative — and sometimes charmingly assertive

What we offer

  • Freedom to shape your work instead of routine tasks
  • Flat hierarchies, quick decisions, real responsibility
  • Bonuses for good ideas — we listen!
  • Relevant further training
  • Central location, excellent connections, parking included
  • Givve-Card with 44€ per month after 6 months of employment
  • Employee discounts, friendly colleagues, open doors and ears
  • And of course, CHOCOLATE
