Your Tasks
- 1st & 2nd Level IT Onsite Support: Provide onsite support when needed, addressing issues at both levels.
- 2nd Level Global Support: Offer global support for IT-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Resolve complex escalated technical issues.
- Root Cause Analysis: Identify causes of incidents and recommend fixes to prevent recurrence.
- Software Expertise: Assist users with specific software applications and technical challenges.
- Escalation Management: Manage escalations and coordinate with other IT teams for efficient resolution.
- Preventive Actions: Monitor recurring issues and suggest measures to enhance system reliability.
- Technical Escalation Point: Serve as the escalation contact for critical issues, ensuring prompt handling.
- Infrastructure Support: Maintain the integrity and performance of IT systems and networks onsite and locally.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in IT support, especially in a 2nd Level role.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; German is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams and manage escalations.
- Expertise in specific software applications and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Proactive attitude in identifying and implementing preventive measures.
