IT Change & Release Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Change & Release Management Specialist to lead the implementation and management of change and release processes within our organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing a project plan with clear milestones for the introduction of change and release management processes.
• Monitoring progress and ensuring alignment with other sub-projects (e.g., ITSM, CMDB).
• Selecting and implementing appropriate change management and CMDB tools.
• Establishing a release management process, including CI/CD platforms, testing, and release calendars.
• Setting up a Change Advisory Board (CAB) and defining processes for standard, normal, and emergency changes.
• Creating workflows for risk analysis, approval, and documentation of changes.
• Defining change and release processes in line with ITIL best practices.
• Implementing a feedback and improvement process for Change and Release Management.

Must-have:

• Experience in sub-project or project management.
• Proven expertise in implementing IT change and release management.
• Familiarity with ITSM/CMDB tools and their selection/implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices.
• Highly motivated, communicative, and committed.
