Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for ensuring and optimizing the operational readiness of the existing technical equipment, considering safety, environmental protection, quality, and cost aspects.
  2. Assuming the position of responsible electrician.
  3. Planning, coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing maintenance, repair, and revision work on existing production facilities.
  4. Creating and maintaining spare parts management, circuit diagrams, schematics, and system documentation.
  5. Identifying and implementing projects to increase plant availability and improve energy and raw material consumption.
  6. Checking conformity with legal regulations, guidelines, and standards such as the Industrial Safety Ordinance and the Machinery Directive.
  7. Supporting the implementation of risk assessments and safety checks, deriving measures, and ensuring the implementation of HSE processes/measures and 5S standards.
  8. Supporting and implementing control technology process optimizations and system modifications.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, or a comparable electrical engineering qualification with relevant professional experience.
  2. Sound knowledge of electrical power supply, switchgear, drive technology, or automation.
  3. Experience in the operation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of electrical systems.
  4. Knowledge of relevant legal regulations, directives, and standards such as the Industrial Safety Ordinance and machinery directives.
  5. Experience in using CAD software is desirable.
  6. Good knowledge of project management, along with a high degree of initiative, independence, and flexibility.
  7. Strong teamwork skills and knowledge of English.
