Job Description:

Join ClearOps GmbH as our first Enterprise Account Executive. Work closely with the Founder & CEO to drive B2B sales, close complex enterprise deals, and support OEMs in industries like agriculture, construction, and automotive to keep their machines running. Take ownership of the sales cycle, shape our go-to-market strategy, and contribute to scaling our business.

We are seeking a strategic, ambitious sales professional with 3–7 years of experience, fluent in English and German, and ready to make an impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target OEMs in relevant industries with a fit for ClearOps' platform.
  • Manage the entire enterprise sales cycle from outreach to closing.
  • Develop industry knowledge to engage decision-makers and understand their pain points.
  • Lead outbound prospecting and outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies.
  • Build relationships within target accounts and navigate complex buying structures.
  • Present products and value propositions to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts.
  • Maintain and track leads in CRM to ensure an active pipeline.
  • Align outreach with marketing campaigns and customer feedback.
  • Contribute to sales playbook and process development.
  • Represent ClearOps at industry events and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years in enterprise B2B sales, ideally with long sales cycles.
  • Proven success in closing high-value deals in manufacturing, industrial tech, or automotive sectors.
  • Experience in management consulting with exposure to complex solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to navigate complex buying centers and engage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with enterprise contracts.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Experience with OEMs or manufacturers is advantageous.
  • Autonomous, strategic, and data-driven mindset.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and events.
