Would you like to drive the strategic development and operational excellence of the global sales network at ZEISS as part of Strategic Group Development?
In close cooperation with sales and service companies in more than 64 countries, business units, and corporate functions, you will actively shape the further development of ZEISS' sales and service activities.
You will act as a driving force and coordinator for the projects of the Shaping Customer Excellence Key Group Program (KGP). In cooperation with the Sales and Service companies, you will support the design and implementation of projects on digital topics such as eCommerce, Self Service, and Lead Management, as well as classic sales topics like customer loyalty and customer segmentation. You will focus on the entire customer journey (omni-channel) and market specifics.
You will take on technical leadership for specific topics, emphasizing local growth opportunities and improvements across ZEISS organizations worldwide. Responsibilities include resource planning, control, structure, budget, and stakeholder management.
