Your Responsibilities at the Facility

• Provide compassionate basic and specialized care to residents
• Recognize individual needs and tailor activity plans accordingly
• Document care processes (medication administration, care records, etc.)
• Contribute to maintaining high-quality care standards with the onsite team
• Maintain open communication with residents and their families

What You Bring

• Completed training as a licensed nurse, geriatric nurse, or healthcare professional
• Open to both experienced and new professionals
• Team player with empathy and good communication skills
• Independent, solution-oriented work style with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work all shifts; solutions can be discussed if not
• Some IT proficiency
