Ihre Aufgaben

• Allgemein
• Verantwortliches Abarbeiten von Produktionsaufträgen
• Kontinuierliche Überprüfung der Qualität vor, während und nach der Bearbeitung
• Kennzeichnung und Handling der Produkte gemäß Vorgabe
• Einhalten der Qualitätsvorgaben und -richtlinien
• Einhalten der Sicherheitsvorschriften (Arbeitskleidung, Sicherheitsschuhe etc..)

Aufgaben Extrusionsanlage

• An- und Abfahren der Extrusionsanlage und deren Einzelkomponenten
• Überwachung der laufenden Produktion gemäß Spezifikation
• Dokumentation aller spezifischen Qualitätsdokumente
• Bestückung des Spulengatters sowie vorbereitende Tätigkeiten während der Produktionslaufzeit

Zusätzliche Tätigkeiten

• Zahnriemen entsprechend Produktionsauftrag bearbeiten (fräsen, stanzen, etc.)

Was Sie mitbringen

• Vorzugsweise eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metall- oder kunststoffverarbeitenden Beruf
• Technisches Verständnis
• Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
• Kenntnisse im Umgang und in der Handhabung von Messmitteln
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Freude an Teamarbeit
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
