We are looking for a friendly and committed ASSISTANT for the Projectmanagement/TDD (Technical Due Diligence) department in Munich.
As a project management office, we deal with the development and management of commercial real estate, hotels and residential complexes in the building construction and refurbishment sectors. In addition to project management and controlling, which is our core business, we also advise our prestigious clients on the acquisition of real estate. Exciting projects, open lines of communication, flat hierarchies as well as regular team events, coaching sessions and further training await you here.

Your responsibilities

  • General organisational and administrative tasks of the secretariat
  • Professional support for management and project managers in day-to-day and project business
  • Creation and preparation of tables, minutes, reports and presentations
  • Preparation of quotations and invoices
  • Recording and tracking order deadlines
  • External correspondence with clients and subcontractors
  • Internal communication with project managers and central functions
  • Coordination and organisation of meetings and business trips
  • Supporting the team assistant with office organisation as required

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial training with several years of professional experience in comparable positions, preferably in the construction and property industry
  • Friendly, service-oriented and representative appearance
  • Organisational and coordination skills
  • Strong communication skills and strong ability to work in a team
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good knowledge of English desirable
  • Commitment, dedication, flexibility and reliability
