The OT Applications Manager will drive the digital transformation across their manufacturing network. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on automation, MES / MOMS systems, and IT / OT integration.

Location : Remote, Germany or Barcelona, Spain

What You’ll Do

• Lead automation and digital manufacturing initiatives across multiple sites
• Define and govern MES / MOMS architecture and strategy
• Integrate OT platforms with IT systems (e.g. SAP)
• Align stakeholders across OT, IT, security, and infrastructure
• Drive standardization, governance, and global project delivery
• Champion OT cybersecurity and regulatory alignment

What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in process manufacturing (chemical / pharma preferred)
• Proven leadership in MES / MOMS, Delta-V, OSIsoft PI, and industrial IT platforms
• Familiarity with ISA-95, Purdue model, and OT cybersecurity frameworks (ISA / IEC 62443, NIST 800-82)
• Excellent communication, change leadership, and vendor management skills
