Lead Strategic, High-Impact Programs with Korn Ferry Digital

Client Delivery Manager | Germany-Based | Fluent in German & English | Client-Facing Role

You can be based anywhere in Germany but contractually will be aligned to our office in Frankfurt. No expectation to be in the office every day.

We're looking for a highly experienced Client Delivery Manager to join our EMEA KF Listen Delivery team—an expert in delivering complex, long-term projects (12+ months) in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Your Impact

As a Client Delivery Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our delivery model—partnering with key clients across the DACH region and beyond, helping them navigate and implement employee listening and engagement programs that drive transformation at scale.

  • Lead multiple, complex programs (12+ months), including large-scale employee survey deployments and advisory services.
  • Act as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and guiding senior stakeholders with strategic, data-informed insights.
  • Ensure best-in-class delivery, governance, and project performance across all touchpoints—timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
  • Deliver value across borders : work with clients in the DACH region and support wider international clients through collaborative delivery with Korn Ferry teams globally.
  • Champion continuous improvement, using lessons learned and global best practices to refine delivery models and enhance program impact.
  • Mentor project management colleagues and foster a team culture built on learning, growth, and excellence.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing complex, large-scale programs (12+ months) in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Fluent in German and English—confident communicator at senior client levels; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of project / program management methodologies (PMI / PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Excellent financial acumen and ability to manage program budgets, forecasting, and invoicing.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead cross-functional, multicultural teams in dynamic settings.
  • Located in Germany, with flexibility to travel within the DACH region as required. Minimal travel expected.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Market Research, IT, or a related field.
  • Additional qualifications in Organizational Psychology or Social Sciences are highly valued.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with SPSS / SAS is a plus.
