Title : Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Employment- B2B Contract

Location : Germany (Remote)

Skills Required :

• Independent implementation or support of end -to -end implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Analysis of HR business requirements and translation into effective system configurations.
• Configuration and implementation of Oracle HCM modules taking best practices into account.
• Close collaboration with technical teams to ensure smooth integrations, data migrations and reports.
• Implementation of CRP (Conference Room Pilots ), UAT (User Acceptance Testing ), training and support measures after go-live.
• Creation and maintenance of documentation, such as functional designs, test scripts, configuration guides and user manuals.
• Ensuring compliance with data protection and employment law requirements in the respective customer region.

Your profile :

• Several years of experience in functional consulting and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM.
• In-depth knowledge of at least several of the following modules :
• Core HR (master data management).
• Payroll.
• Time and Labor (time and working time recording).
• Absence Management.
• Talent Management.
• Compensation Management.
• Benefits (additional employee benefits).
• Analytical skills and structured working methods.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Customer-oriented thinking as well as team spirit and a sense of responsibility.
