How your role will look like:

• Drive the product strategy and take full ownership of the roadmap
• Collaborate with data science teams to enhance valuation products
• Manage stakeholders effectively across the Scout24 group to leverage synergies
• Make strategic decisions that maximize cross-platform opportunities
• Gather market intelligence and user feedback to inform product decisions
• Define product requirements and work closely with engineering to implement solutions
• Analyze product performance metrics to guide continuous improvement
• Partner with sales and marketing to develop compelling value propositions

What you need to succeed:

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in PropTech or FinTech
• Experience with data-driven products and working with technical teams
• Proven track record of successful B2B product launches
• Strong influencing skills to drive alignment across teams and departments
• Innovation and growth mindset to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experience leveraging AI tools to drive problem-solving and productivity, maintaining effective human oversight and judgement.
