Our IT support team is expanding! We support various organizations in operating their time management processes and are looking for a IT Kundenbetreuer 2nd/3rd Level Support (m/w/d) at our Nuremberg location with hybrid work options.

Responsibilities

1. Support our clients and their internal infrastructure on our cloud platform, handling complex support cases from Second to Third Level based on Microsoft technologies.
2. Perform installations, patches, and updates of software applications.
3. Contribute to planning and implementing IT projects and serve as a competent contact for our clients.

Qualifications

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT systems technician, IT service technician, or a comparable qualification.
• Solid experience with Microsoft server and client operating systems, network and firewall technology, and ticket systems following the ITIL process model.
• Profound knowledge of Windows and Linux servers, with a high database affinity (e.g., Oracle, MSSQL).
• Excellent German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written.
