Senior Process Engineer

Position: Senior Process Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead process design and optimization efforts across pilot and commercial-scale lithium extraction projects. This is a unique opportunity to join early and influence a technology poised to significantly impact the energy transition.

Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the design, scale-up, and deployment of next-generation lithium processing technology.
2. Develop and refine mass and energy balances, PFDs, P&IDs, and engineering documentation.
3. Collaborate closely with R&D, operations, and cross-functional engineering teams.
4. Interface with pilot plants and contribute to test work programs (bench, pilot, on-site).

Qualifications

1. 8+ years of experience in hydrometallurgy, chemical process engineering, or lithium/battery material production.
2. Strong understanding of crystallization, fluidized bed reactors, ion exchange, reverse osmosis, or acid/pressure leaching.
3. Degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or an equivalent field.
4. Experience in transitioning technologies from lab to plant is highly advantageous.
