Senior Python Backend Engineer (f/m/d)*

As a Senior Python Backend Engineer (f/m/d)* at Parloa, you will play a crucial role in building the leading enterprise solution for automated dialogs. You will help improve our tools and processes to enhance collaboration and productivity, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

1. Develop and enhance our new LLM functionalities to improve call center experiences for millions of customers.
2. Design and implement efficient backend solutions using Python, deploying containerized applications in Kubernetes clusters.
3. Research and evaluate new technologies for integration into our existing codebase through research sprints.
4. Share your expertise with peers to promote knowledge exchange within the team.
5. Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback on style and implementation.
6. Work with LLM technologies such as GPT-3.5, GPT-4, Langchain, Prompt engineering, and LLM finetuning.
7. Utilize tools and frameworks like FastAPI, pytest, MongoDB, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn for development.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

1. At least 5 years of experience in backend engineering.
2. Experience developing highly scalable, real-time Python applications.
3. A passion for writing clean, modular, and maintainable code.
4. Proficiency with version control, code review, and CI/CD pipelines.
5. Understanding of data privacy considerations in AI deployment.

• Some experience with machine learning and familiarity with ML libraries and frameworks.
