Job Description:

At TechBiz Global, we provide recruitment services to our TOP clients. We are seeking a Mid Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of our clients' teams. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Reporting directly to our CEO, you will be responsible for:

  • Talent Mapping & Sourcing: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, write job descriptions, and source candidates through channels like LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards. Build relationships with potential hires to maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews, assess skills and cultural fit, provide summaries for shortlisted candidates, work with stakeholders on hiring priorities, and provide market trend insights.
  • Tracking & Documentation: Ensure candidate progress is tracked in the ATS and maintain organized documentation of workflows and feedback.

Must-haves:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
  • Experience in start-up or scale-up environments
  • Strong sourcing skills, including headhunting and networking
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage multiple roles across functions

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English
