Responsibilities
- Set clear priorities for teams to maximize performance, workflow, and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with EH&S standards for a safe and legal work environment, including proper material and equipment handling.
- Foster open communication and improve the work atmosphere through resource optimization and task delegation.
- Support Warehouse Supervisor with performance cycles and assist with onboarding and training of new staff.
- Manage forecasted volumes and resource & capacity planning.
- Lead the team in our business growth, creating stability & identifying process improvements.
- Oversee key business KPIs, SLAs, and ensure adherence to 5S standards for a clean and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with colleagues and the Warehouse Supervisor to improve warehouse processes and address operational bottlenecks.
- Lead by example, promoting a change management culture and continuous productivity improvements.

What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years of Team Leader experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and software, including knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in warehouse operations.
- Experience in inventory management and control.
- Familiarity with logistics and transportation processes.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively by offering strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting productivity targets.
- Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions.
