Your day at NTT DATA
A Senior Cloud Infrastructure Client Partner is a quota-bearing sales persona working with services teams to identify, develop, and close systems integration and Cloud Infrastructure Managed Service and outsourcing deals. As a Senior Client Partner focused on cloud infrastructure managed services, it is critical to be a services expert and be recognized as the client’s trusted cloud infrastructure managed services advisor.
As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Client Partner, you will have the opportunity to partner with some of the biggest global organizations and help them convert to new business models.
What you'll be doing
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create demand and sell cloud infrastructure managed services solutions.
- Assist clients in identifying and qualifying current needs and articulating how NTT can add value through its cloud infrastructure services and solutions.
- Address client objections related to transitioning to cloud infrastructure managed services.
- Network with partners and vendors to drive deals through vendor-based opportunities.
- Collaborate with Offer Management, Commercial Architecture, and Delivery teams to support high-value service opportunities.
- Build deep, long-term relationships with client leaders in Managed Services opportunities and execute win strategies based on client’s business needs and the competitive landscape.
- Design and support commercial solutions for Managed Services that meet client needs and ensure mutual benefits.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities, documenting strategies to meet sales targets, including acquiring new clients, client satisfaction, cross-selling, upselling, revenue, and margin goals.
- Negotiate deals with clients and lead internal teams to conclude service agreements.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure principles and products.
- Understanding of NTT’s service offerings across multiple technology domains.
- Knowledge of networking in cloud environments for effective solution design.
- Understanding of platform-delivered services and their value.
- Proficiency with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure components like servers, storage, virtualization, data centers.
- Awareness of IoT concepts and their impact on cloud infrastructure design.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical or Sales fields.
- Negotiation methodologies such as Scotworks.
- Solution selling skills.
- Certifications such as Azure AZ900, AWS Cloud Practitioner, VMWare VTSP, ITIL v3 or later.
Required Experience:
- Proven success in selling managed services solutions to large enterprise accounts, including complex solutions and services to C-suite clients.
- Experience structuring large, profitable, multi-year contracts.
- Ability to build strong client relationships across all levels.
- Experience managing the entire sales and contracting process.
