The Office IT Department
Our IT Department plays a vital role in our organization’s operations and technological infrastructure. What You will Do
The position will be responsible for providing frontline technical IT support to Anglo-Eastern subsidiary companies and users across a range of systems and technologies. This includes ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, networks, and software, with a focus on joiners and leavers processes and asset management. The role also involves shadowing and assisting the infrastructure team to gain knowledge of Anglo-Eastern systems, with the potential to take on more responsibilities in the future.
Roles and Responsibilities:
What We Are Looking For
Education and Experience: Practical IT awareness and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in an IT Helpdesk team or role as an IT Administrator.
Knowledge Areas: Basic IT knowledge, asset & access management, familiar with IT workflows, onboarding and offboarding processes and IT ticketing systems.
Other qualifications: Strong organizational skills, self-motivated with a can-do attitude, attention to detail, confidentiality and discretion, problem-solving skills, process-oriented mindset, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
Languages: Fluent English, other European language is an asset.
