Compensation Specialist (f/m/x) EMEA

Your responsibilities

As Compensation Specialist (f/m/x) EMEA, you will administer compensation components in the EMEA region and support affiliates in strategic compensation design and analysis.

You will independently handle moderate complexity tasks with general supervision in a professional manner.

  1. Evaluate job positions for fair compensation across EMEA
  2. Review and analyze compensation change requests
  3. Calculate salary ranges based on market data
  4. Conduct wage surveys, job pricing, and market analysis
  5. Support compensation projects in the EMEA region
  6. Communicate job evaluation strategies to stakeholders
  7. Travel: Occasional, based on project needs

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proactive: actively managing tasks and projects
  • Supportive: providing guidance and assistance to team members and affiliates
  • Open: effective and transparent communication with all levels
  • Analytical: strong skills for data collection and analysis
  • Detail-Oriented: high attention to detail in all tasks
  • Language: Proficiency in English required; fluency in German is an asset
