Join our Subsidiary Management and Transfer Pricing team in the Corporate Finance division at Fresenius Kabi, based in Bad Homburg, Germany. In this role, you will engage in diverse, international projects, collaborating with global teams to manage and optimize transfer pricing processes, contributing to the growth of our finance function.

Your Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the execution and alignment of the global transfer pricing policy and regulatory requirements, including OECD guidelines and the DEMPE concept.
2. Support projects to improve and digitize transfer pricing processes, including implementing SAP S/4HANA software.
3. Calculate tax adjustments for intercompany transactions, coordinate with stakeholders for accurate execution.
4. Manage global transfer pricing governance, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
5. Conduct global training sessions to share best practices and knowledge.
6. Perform financial analyses of profit margins, collaborate on discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
7. Develop and implement documentation standards to meet compliance requirements.
8. Support transfer pricing aspects of new R&D processes, ensuring IP policy alignment.
9. Prepare management presentations and conduct ad-hoc analyses for decision-making support.
10. Maintain system data integrity, perform regular checks on master data.
11. Manage system administration, documentation, and change management related to transfer pricing.
12. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments and regions for seamless process integration.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant transfer pricing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SAP BI/BW; experience with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
• Interest in international projects and working in a global environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Structured, independent, and team-oriented approach focused on quality.
