Experience

• 3+ years experience implementing SaaS e-commerce solutions similar to Base.com
• Strong understanding of the DACH e-commerce landscape and experience working with retailers and brands
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in German and proficient in English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP
• Experience with ERP systems
• Experience configuring and managing online stores

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Base.com clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration
• Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Deliver technical demos during onboarding
• Create project plans, timelines, and roadmaps
• Configure and customize Base.com systems to meet client needs
• Design solutions to optimize workflows
• Engage with clients to understand and align with their business goals
• Evaluate project success based on set objectives
• Assist customers with integrating additional tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation
• Participate in industry events and on-site customer visits
