To our Global Social Media & Influencer department, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced team player who enjoys driving things forward together. Creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, and innovation are just as important to us as an open and appreciative culture. What you can expect:

• Social media planning and scheduling - update global social media calendar and upload assets across all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
• Performance Tracking - support social media reporting and help track KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, sentiment etc.).
• Copywriting and Brand Voice coordination - ensuring constant alignment with the team and timely copy leveraged on all global social media channels.
• Short links management - UTM links creation for all global and local social channels ensuring a consistent traffic strategy to ecommerce and relevant touchpoints.
• Community management - support in responding to comments and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate tone.
• Creative benchmarking - monitor trends, competitors to inform content and strategy. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for content, partnerships, and activations.
  
  
  

Your profile:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• University Degree with first professional experience in social media management.
• Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
