Job Description:

Responsible for executing, monitoring, and supervising quality components and control to ensure manufacturing processes adhere to company standards. Maintain a global view of factory operations and storage to organize tasks effectively.

TASKS:

• Plan, organize, and control physical tests on fresh and hardened concrete, aggregates, and mixes; evaluate product quality and record results to optimize processes.
• Implement, develop, and maintain the quality system to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Supervise that all materials and auxiliary elements supplied meet quality requirements.
• Collect data from quality assistants and report incidents or issues to the quality manager.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with established quality standards.
• Utilize quality tools and ensure workers follow quality standards in their processes.
• Sample aggregate concrete components used in production to determine physical characteristics.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and measurements of materials, products, and installations to verify compliance with specifications.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Engineering studies (Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields)
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
• Knowledge of quality processes related to concrete infrastructure
• Previous experience in renewable energy sectors
• Knowledge of ISO standards
• Availability to travel, as the position requires being on-site and relocating to new projects upon completion of current ones
