Responsibilities:
- As a Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and monitoring production processes, as well as optimizing them for the modular equipment in the underwater sector.
- You will ensure machine availability and initiate measures in case of disruptions.
- You will support the department management in implementing modernization projects.
- Together with interface partners, you will develop technical solutions to improve work safety and machine performance.
- As a contact for engineering, you will find solutions for implementing technical details within your own production environment.
- Preparing and supporting internal and external audits will also be part of your duties.
- You will assist the master in topics related to occupational safety, cost optimization, quality assurance, and reducing throughput times.
Profile:
- You have a completed technical or university degree in production engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable qualifications.
- Several years of professional experience in shipbuilding or plant construction are required.
- You possess the technical skills related to the mentioned tasks.
- Good German and English language skills are required.
- Initiative, creativity, independence, and enjoyment of teamwork complete your profile.
