Responsibilities:

• As a Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and monitoring production processes, as well as optimizing them for the modular equipment in the underwater sector.
• You will ensure machine availability and initiate measures in case of disruptions.
• You will support the department management in implementing modernization projects.
• Together with interface partners, you will develop technical solutions to improve work safety and machine performance.
• As a contact for engineering, you will find solutions for implementing technical details within your own production environment.
• Preparing and supporting internal and external audits will also be part of your duties.
• You will assist the master in topics related to occupational safety, cost optimization, quality assurance, and reducing throughput times.

Profile:

• You have a completed technical or university degree in production engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable qualifications.
• Several years of professional experience in shipbuilding or plant construction are required.
• You possess the technical skills related to the mentioned tasks.
• Good German and English language skills are required.
• Initiative, creativity, independence, and enjoyment of teamwork complete your profile.
