Your Talent
- Relevant education and/or experience in Brand marketing, Digital Marketing, and e-Commerce.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Experience with CMS tools like SFCC and/or Sanity is a plus.
- Understanding of Digital and E-Commerce ecosystems, go-to-market strategies, and brand and commercial objectives.
- Project management skills, including managing small programs with cross-functional teams, are advantageous.
- Strong self-organization and self-management skills.
- An analytical mindset capable of making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of self-organization.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to map blueprints.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Your Mission
The role involves coordinating and executing European Digital Brand Activation campaigns across lifestyle and performance categories, focusing primarily on e-commerce and integrating with 360 marketing plans, including partnerships with e-whls.
- Be a proactive DOER, committed to quality and detail in execution, as part of PUMA's digital revolution, FASTER DIGITAL.
- Plan, align, manage, and execute brand campaigns with EU Digital Marketing and Category teams.
- Support the setup and execution of brand campaigns and product launches across eCommerce platforms and PUMA App, aligning with eCommerce content strategies.
- Assist in planning and managing creative content to support product launches and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate digital content plans, identify gaps, and ensure timely content delivery in appropriate languages for an optimal consumer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, trading, buying, and planning teams to leverage brand and commercial opportunities.
- Localize content and activities for key European markets to maintain relevance.
- Analyze campaign and content performance, sharing insights and actions for continuous improvement.
- Manage external content providers, agencies, and partners to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Support eCommerce projects aimed at enhancing user experience and commerciality, focusing on LAST CLICK attribution.
- Project manage category-specific .com plans with cross-functional teams, either independently or with leads' assistance.
