What you’ll be doing:

Your mission is to design, implement, and maintain governance processes to ensure all projects are progressing well.

Lead and motivate your team of project managers using modern, people-centered leadership principles aligned with our core values.

Standardize and develop project methods, tools, and documentation to harmonize efforts across the company. Promote and communicate project management best practices to management and business units, ensuring alignment and buy-in. Act as a liaison between local and global PMO teams to harmonize and effectively implement standards.

Maintain a project roadmap that prioritizes initiatives with the greatest impact.

Take ownership of projects, from planning to managing external partners and leading steering committee meetings.

You’re a match if you:

• Have over 10 years of proven project management experience, especially in product development.
• Have more than 5 years of experience leading, empowering, and inspiring teams.
• Possess hands-on expertise in modern project management methodologies.
• Have exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Have outstanding communication skills to align teams and stakeholders.
• Are fluent in German and English, as our work environment is bilingual.
• Hold certifications in Lean, SAFE, IPMA Level C/B, or PMP.
