As a specialist in Finance & Accounting, you not only keep an overview of the numbers but also optimize existing processes through your expertise. As part of a team, you are responsible for preparing the individual financial statements of MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH according to IFRS and HGB standards, as well as reporting to our parent company.

Following tasks await you:

• Comprehensive support and responsibility for a specific area (e.g., fixed assets, HR interface) within the General Ledger team
• Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS and HGB, as well as group reporting
• Project management for the development of internal processes in Finance & Accounting with a focus on digitization and automation
• Participation in cross-departmental projects and acting as a contact for colleagues on technical questions
• Support in preparing accounting assessments and their implementation in the SAP financial accounting system
• Participation in the S/4HANA implementation

To be prepared for your path, you bring the following qualifications:

• Degree: Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification with further training as a certified accountant
• Passion: Not only for numbers and the standards of national and international accounting but also for the continuous development of the General Ledger and your expertise
• Expertise: In corporate financial accounting or auditing for at least 4 years, with very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (especially FI)
• Your working style: Analytical and structured, combined with independence and team skills
