How You'll Make An Impact

• Lead and manage a diverse team, ensuring skill development and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Act as a role model and proactively lead organizational and workforce transformation to support projects effectively.
• Lead Change Management initiatives to build an adaptive, flexible team aligned with new business models.
• Define and ensure the implementation of local and global procurement standards, regulations, and guidelines.

What You Bring

• Completed studies in business administration, engineering, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience leading diverse teams in a global environment.
• Experience in project management or strategic/operational procurement.
• Entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
