We are looking for a team member in Renningen to strengthen our project team, focusing on quality management. You will play a key role in ensuring quality standards and responding flexibly to customer requirements.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems according to DIN EN 9001, focusing on product and supplier quality.
- Handle complaints using 8D reports and prepare related reports.
- Lead improvement projects based on PDCA cycle, process analysis, and KPI metrics, applying lean principles.
- Prepare and implement project-specific quality plans for large-scale high-tech plant engineering projects, e.g., in the semiconductor industry.
- Act as the contact for customers and suppliers regarding quality plans, audits, complaints, and acceptance processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards across a global manufacturing network in Europe, Asia, and America.
Show your expertise
- Degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in quality management within manufacturing or technology companies.
- Proven success in managing quality for technically demanding products and projects.
- Technical passion and proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a performance-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and IT skills, including MS Office and CAQ systems like Babtec.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
