Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects (web/mobile apps), ensuring scope, timeline, and budget targets are met
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable project plans, user stories, and milestones
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), timelines, risks, and resource utilization using a metrics-driven approach
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the primary liaison between Business, IT, and Development teams
Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA engineers, and DevOps throughout the product lifecycle
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and review meetings
Coordinate with external solution providers to align deliverables and ensure quality standards
Tools & Methodologies
Utilize JIRA to manage project tasks, sprint boards, backlog grooming, and reporting
Maintain up-to-date documentation in Confluence or similar platforms
Apply Agile and Scrum best practices; familiarity with hybrid models is a plus
Risk, Quality & Communication
Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues
Provide regular status reports to senior stakeholders and drive decision-making processes
Ensure high levels of transparency and communication within the project team
Your profile
Required
Proven experience (6+ years) as an IT or Digital Project Manager
Hands-on experience managing digital platforms or mobile applications
Proficiency with JIRA and Agile/Scrum frameworks
Strong knowledge of metrics-driven project tracking (velocity, burndown, cycle time, etc.)
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with third-party vendors or integrators
Preferred
Background in software development or technical project management
Experience in cloud-native or API-driven projects
Knowledge of UI/UX and mobile usability principles
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM)
