Workshop Manager / Production Manager (m/f/d) – Full-Time

For over 40 years, TRANSOR Filter has been synonymous with optimal solutions in the field of filtration for machining fluids across various industries. Renowned customers worldwide rely on our cost-effective and environmentally friendly technology that operates without auxiliary filtering agents or consumables. We are the market leader in fine filtration of cooling lubricants (KSS) for the production of carbide tools. In addition to standard compact systems, we also design custom central systems tailored to specific customer needs.

To support our team in Usingen, Taunus, approximately 25 km north of Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a committed individual to join us as soon as possible:

Your Responsibilities

• Planning, monitoring, and organizing the efficient deployment of personnel in filter system assembly (installation)
• Optimization and coordination of production orders and processes
• Organizational and technical management of the production/workshop
• Documentation of production times
• Management and monitoring of work equipment
• Independent ordering of assembly components
• Ensuring and monitoring compliance with accident prevention regulations (UVV) and occupational safety conditions

Your Profile

• Professional training in a skilled trade or technical field, possibly with completed further training as a master craftsman/technician
• Experience in assembly and sound knowledge in metalworking
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with leadership abilities and enthusiasm for working with people and machines
• Solution-oriented, responsible, and independent working style with a high standard of quality
• Proficiency in German (spoken and written), as well as confidence in using MS Office applications
• High enthusiasm, commitment, and self-motivation, coupled with the ability to work well in a team as well as independently
