In your new role as (Senior) Expert Vendor and Contract Management (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the management of strategic IT suppliers as well as the control and shape of supply relationships on a global level for the Fresenius Group.

Contact person for customers and departments regarding supplier-related questions
Preparation of information and key performance indicators for project management and/or department management
Implementation and responsibility for new services and processes in vendor management, as well as related consulting
Establishment and operation of a regular reporting system to create transparency regarding current supplier developments
Maintenance of existing contracts, including implementation of contract adjustments, review and approval of incoming invoices, and independent clarification of deviations with the supplier
Cost control, support in budget preparation and control, close collaboration with related departments such as IT Finance and IT Procurement
Creation of models and forecasts for the further development of the business relationship with the supplier
A successful completed degree in business administration, economics, or (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position with a strong focus on vendor and contract management or strategic IT purchasing, in an international corporate environment
Good knowledge of cost management as well as the SAP product, technology, and licensing landscape
Experience in managing IT suppliers, preferably within an international company
Very good IT knowledge and proficiency with data
Excellent communication, argumentation, and presentation skills in German and English
A committed individual with quick comprehension, analytical and conceptual thinking, a structured and systematic way of working as well as a high level of self-motivation, teamwork and diplomatic skills
