Skills / Experience

10+ years of relevant Salesforce experience

Strong Salesforce Business Analyst expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making

Certifications

• Sales and / or Service Cloud
