Role accountabilities

• Develop and implement health and safety plans specific to data center projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safety for personnel and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards throughout all project phases.
• Provide training and awareness programs to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Monitor incidents, conduct investigations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform safety inspections and audits, report findings, and communicate performance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, engineers, and authorities to meet safety objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent in Health and Safety Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in construction or engineering sectors, ideally with data centers or large infrastructure projects.
• Deep knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards (local and international).
• Experience with risk assessment, incident investigation, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and abroad as needed.
