Graduate Applications Engineer (Electronics)

Join our Arrow's EMEA Graduate Program designed for recent graduates seeking practical learning and career development in electronics engineering. This 12-month program offers mentorship, skill enhancement, and exposure to various business areas, preparing you for a successful career at Arrow.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and expertise to customers, guiding component and solution choices.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, designing, and developing custom solutions.
  • Engage with suppliers for product validation and compliance testing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to develop solutions.
  • Act as a key contact between customers and suppliers, advising on development kits, reference designs, and cost-saving techniques.

Requirements

  • Legal right to work in the specified country.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field obtained before October 2023 or within the last two years.
  • Business-fluent in German and English (oral and written).
  • Strong knowledge of electronics concepts and latest industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Flexible, mobile, and innovative thinker.
