What You Can Expect

As (Senior) IT Project Manager (m/f/d), you will implement projects in planning and scheduling systems for public transport, ensuring timely, scope-compliant, quality-assured, and within budget:

• Act as a proactive interface, shaping communication between internal departments and customers
• Identify requirements, project tasks, and open points early, and assign them to responsible contacts
• Coordinate resources across various parallel projects
• Monitor and coordinate project progress, and verify results
• Prepare and conduct project meetings, promoting continuous knowledge transfer
• Support sales with tenders, customer acquisition, and contact management
• Lay the groundwork for follow-up orders and additional sales outside the project scope

What You Bring To The Table

• A completed (technical) degree or comparable training
• Relevant experience managing large-scale IT projects independently
• Project management certification is advantageous
• Strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and high personal responsibility
• Visionary mindset, persuasive ability, organizational and coordination skills to oversee multiple projects
• Fluent in German and English; experience with international contacts is a plus
• Willingness to undertake occasional international/national business trips, considering current developments
