Senior Business Manager (Microsoft) - DACH Team Leader

Inhouse D365 CE Developer Wanted – Internal Rollout Project – Germany or Austria!

My Client are implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) as part of an internal transformation to streamline processes and empower our teams. As a D365 CE Developer, you’ll be instrumental in customizing and optimizing their CRM system to meet the unique needs of our business.

About the Role:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to design and implement D365 CE solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration of D365 CE with existing systems using APIs (REST, GraphQL) and Azure services.
• Participate in the full rollout lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the D365 CE platform, ensuring stability and scalability.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to internal teams, sharing insights on best practices and identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Document processes, configurations, and solutions to maintain a robust knowledge base.

What They're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a D365 CE Developer with expertise in internal CRM rollouts.
• Familiarity with Azure services and integration methods for D365 CE.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English (C1+), with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
