Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company by identifying and qualifying inbound leads, initiating meaningful conversations with potential customers, and establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will be the initial point of contact for prospective clients, acting as a bridge between marketing and sales teams, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads at conferences and events, to understand their needs and challenges while building strong relationships and generating interest in your solutions.

  • Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to personalize outreach and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive lead generation and nurturing strategy.

  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring they meet the defined ideal customer profile before passing them on to the sales executives.

  • Articulate the value proposition of our solutions and services to prospects, demonstrating a strong understanding of their potential benefits.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and information using CRM software.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role is preferred.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse range of individuals.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective lead tracking.

  • Tech-savvy with a keen interest in AI and technology trends.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being proactive and resourceful in independent tasks.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

  • Fluent in both German and English language.
