Job Responsibilities
- You collaborate to discover new solutions, ensure that your designs are implemented effectively, and meet usability and product goals.
- You are responsible for making our users love our product by designing intuitive and attractive user experiences and interfaces across the whole customer journey of our E-Commerce platform.
- You conduct user interviews and surveys to understand customer needs and pain points, leveraging research data, A/B testing, and analytics for thorough evaluation. You also continuously develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts directly with real users.
- You develop customer journey maps to document customer touchpoints with our brand and product, maintaining design components and ensuring a consistent shop design across all page types.
- You will collaborate closely with your team’s product manager, software engineers, stakeholders, and other product designers within an agile, cross-functional team.
Qualifications
You have at least 5 years of experience, ideally within E-commerce, with a degree or practical knowledge in Design / UX, Industrial Design Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent.
You possess a strong portfolio demonstrating your design and problem-solving skills.
You are highly proficient in Figma; knowledge of other design and research tools (Sketch, Maze, etc.) is a plus.
You regularly employ storyboarding, sketching, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and user testing. Experience with user research methods and qualitative interviews is also required.
You have a good understanding of frontend development to collaborate effectively with developers. Your previous roles include successful contributions to design systems.
