(Senior) Product Designer (m / f / x)

Job Responsibilities

1. You collaborate to discover new solutions, ensure that your designs are implemented effectively, and meet usability and product goals.
2. You are responsible for making our users love our product by designing intuitive and attractive user experiences and interfaces across the whole customer journey of our E-Commerce platform.
3. You conduct user interviews and surveys to understand customer needs and pain points, leveraging research data, A/B testing, and analytics for thorough evaluation. You also continuously develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts directly with real users.
4. You develop customer journey maps to document customer touchpoints with our brand and product, maintaining design components and ensuring a consistent shop design across all page types.
5. You will collaborate closely with your team’s product manager, software engineers, stakeholders, and other product designers within an agile, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

You have at least 5 years of experience, ideally within E-commerce, with a degree or practical knowledge in Design / UX, Industrial Design Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent.

You possess a strong portfolio demonstrating your design and problem-solving skills.

You are highly proficient in Figma; knowledge of other design and research tools (Sketch, Maze, etc.) is a plus.

You regularly employ storyboarding, sketching, wireframing, interactive prototyping, and user testing. Experience with user research methods and qualitative interviews is also required.

You have a good understanding of frontend development to collaborate effectively with developers. Your previous roles include successful contributions to design systems.
