Currently active in 14 European countries, we are looking to further strengthen our market position. To support this growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Specialist.

As a Sales Operations Specialist DACH, you will collaborate with our German Account Managers to familiarize yourself with our products, customers, and sales processes. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Account Managers in preparing quotes, managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and processing administrative data. You may also participate in company-wide projects to gain practical experience. Your responsibilities

  1. You work closely with our German Account Managers to maintain and strengthen customer relationships and to identify new opportunities. You also ensure close collaboration with your internal colleagues to stay informed about the entire customer portfolio.
  2. You act as an advisory partner for our customers, preparing customized quotes and providing the necessary information about our products.
  3. You participate in company-wide projects.
  4. You are responsible for the administrative handling of sales transactions and updating customer data.
  5. Commercial drive and affinity with Sales; speaks fluent German and good English experience.
  6. A team player who can also work well independently.
  7. You are strong in communication, able to persuade, and know how to act appropriately in various situations.
