Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Senior Project Manager to lead footprint and facility construction projects across all divisions, with a focus on Europe, Middle East, and Africa. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, capable of assembling and guiding teams to resolve complex issues independently. This role involves establishing relationships and processes from project estimation to equipment commissioning, ensuring smooth and repeatable project execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize standard project management tools to conduct projects effectively, achieving quality, financial, and schedule targets.
2. Manage construction and facility projects from initial planning through design, construction, commissioning, and occupancy.
3. Build accurate cost estimates based on experience and customer requirements.
4. Define and secure necessary resources to fulfill project scope, collaborating with functional leaders and teams.
5. Partner with HSE, IT, finance, legal, HR, and operational teams at site and division levels.
6. Work closely with site and field resources to communicate project schedules, budgets, and scope; visit sites periodically to build relationships.
7. Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
8. Execute complex, high-value projects independently.
9. Follow reporting and tracking systems to ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget goals.
10. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, tracking expenses, and managing contingencies.
11. Promote a safety culture by hosting regular safety meetings and ensuring safety is a priority.
12. Manage real estate processes, including lease negotiations, renewals, and database management.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• 7+ years of project management experience, particularly in construction.
• Knowledge of construction, electrical, and mechanical contracting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, and machine commissioning.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.

Travel:

• Up to 50% international travel, including regions such as the Middle East and Africa.
