As the Last Mile Network Trasnformation Lead , you will play a key role in shaping C&A's new transportation network. You’ll be responsible for defining and driving the standards, technology solutions, and performance measures that will ensure we maintain safety, efficiency, and top-notch service levels across our logistics operations.

Your responsibilities

• Own the Transportation Quality Process – Lead the development of process standards, performance KPIs, and technology requirements that will drive the success of our transportation network.
• Define and Drive Standards – Set process standards for transportation, ensuring compliance with safety, efficiency, and service level requirements.
• Transform and Innovate – Lead continuous improvement initiatives alongside our Distribution Center Operations and Transportation teams, creating transformative change for C&A.
• Technology Integration – Work closely with the tech team to define the technology solutions that will power the transportation network, ensuring systems like SAP S4 Hana and Transportation Management (TM) are leveraged to their full potential.
• Strategic Leadership – Act as a strategic counterpart to cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across various business units.
• Stay Ahead of Market Trends – Keep up-to-date with best practices and emerging transportation solutions to keep C&A at the forefront of logistics innovation.
• Process Excellence – Implement and manage end-to-end transportation strategies that promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement – Strengthen networking and communication across levels, advocating for change management and driving successful project outcomes.

What you bring

• Education: A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 4years of relevant experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in leading transformation projects and managing teams.
• Technical Know-How: Expertise with SAP S4 Hana or other leading ERP and supply chain systems.
• Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of transportation networks, last-mile logistics, and forwarder operations.
• Project Management: Exceptional organizational and project management skills to keep projects on track.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with senior leadership and functional teams, translating strategic goals into actionable plans.
• Leadership Abilities: Experience leading workstreams and engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A structured, analytical, and process-driven approach to solving complex challenges.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
