Your Role

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE CONCEPTION AND PROVISIONING OF ANALYTICAL USE CASES AND SOLUTIONS.
Become a key contributor to our data analytics initiatives, focused on delivering impactful use cases and solutions. As a Data & Analytics Consultant specializing in dashboarding and business intelligence, you will have the opportunity to generate actionable insights by analyzing and visualizing data that help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.

As part of a team of Data & Analytics Consultants with various levels of experience, you will be responsible for the conception and creation of dashboards with Power BI and Tableau, and consulting customers regarding data visualization solutions. You will play an important role in translating customer requirements into impactful insights within an agile environment.

Your Profile

YOUR EXPERIENCE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven track record with Tableau or Power BI with at least 2 years of experience
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex concepts to stakeholders in a comprehensible way
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain analytical concepts
• Solid consultancy skills (e.g., stakeholder engagement and management, workshop facilitation, presentations)
• Understanding of how key performance indicators (KPIs) are used to measure and drive business outcomes
• Foundational understanding of statistics with a desire to expand your knowledge

IT’S ALSO NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience working with SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with various tools for data collection, analytics, and reporting
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools
• Experience working in an agile environment using tools like Confluence and Jira

FURTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany
• Openness and ability to work with remote teams
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Permanent residence in Germany (employment from abroad is not possible)
