The Product Marketing team at Lightspeed is seeking a creative, results-oriented
Senior Product Marketing Manager, Hospitality to accelerate growth of the Lightspeed Restaurant product in EMEA (Germany/France) and North America. Reporting to the Manager, Hospitality PMM and working closely with other Hospitality PMMs based in EMEA and APAC, you will define our go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation while collaborating with Product, Strategy, Sales, and Customer teams to refine product-market fit.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker capable of developing persona documents, messaging frameworks, and identifying opportunities to increase product adoption and usage.
At Lightspeed, as Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will build relationships across the organization, interacting with stakeholders in product, marketing, sales, customer service, partnerships, and more to shape product roadmaps and support product lifecycle management.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Own product positioning and messaging, ensuring clarity, differentiation, and alignment across all customer touchpoints.
- Deeply understand the Hospitality industry, including market dynamics, customer needs, and the technology landscape supporting restaurateurs.
- Lead competitive and market analysis, including win/loss research and industry trend monitoring, to inform product strategy and GTM execution.
- Conduct ongoing customer research to understand customer personas, needs, and behaviors.
- Drive go-to-market strategies and execution for new and existing products, collaborating cross-functionally.
- Define and influence key product metrics such as adoption, NPS, and retention in partnership with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Identify and track KPIs to measure product success.
- Develop marketing initiatives covering the customer lifecycle, from launch to retention.
- Act as the messaging lead for your product portfolio and value proposition.
- Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Creative.
- Serve as the regional liaison for GTM teams, leveraging insights to optimize funnels and enablement materials.
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, and Product teams to develop compelling, customer-centric content and campaigns.
What you need to bring to the team:
- 5+ years in product marketing, growth, lifecycle marketing, or similar GTM roles.
- Experience in SaaS marketing or exposure to small business audiences.
- Strong strategic skills in positioning, messaging, and growth.
- Proven collaboration and influence across teams and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent research and quantitative skills for market insights and competitor analysis.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Genuine interest in helping small businesses succeed.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and German/French.
Even better if you have, but not necessary:
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- MBA or Product Marketing Alliance certification.
