Senior SAP Project Training Coordinator with German

Are you passionate about training management for global projects? We are looking for a Training Coordinator / Manager with the following key responsibilities :

1. Collaboration : Align training / learning requirements with Organizational Change Management (OCM), Project Leads, Functional Streams, Roles, and Authorizations.
2. Training Needs Analysis : Analyze training needs based on Role Mapping, Training Catalogue, and Change Impact Analysis.
3. Training Plans : Create learning journeys per persona / user group.
4. Training Material : Partner with OCM and global teams to ensure readiness of training materials.
5. Training Logistics : Manage logistics for training sessions in collaboration with global and local training teams.
6. Learning Management System : Manage training assignments and records.
7. Monitor Progress : Regularly report on the status of deployment training deliverables and attendance (e.g., End User Training execution reports).

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in training coordination / management within SAP / ERP projects.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple international time zones.
• High-level knowledge of authorization requirements, job roles, and transaction concepts related to SAP / ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with various training delivery methods.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
• Experience in a life sciences environment is preferred.
