We offer objective, forward-looking IT consulting and effective implementation, focusing on IAM solutions tailored to the needs and processes of our clients.

We are seeking reinforcement in the Stuttgart, Würzburg, or Frankfurt area (home office / hybrid working possible, especially from Würzburg & Frankfurt!). This is a full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours/week), permanent position available as soon as possible.

Your Task

• After tailored induction, lead exciting projects automating IT business processes.
• Analyze current authorization management for our top customers with your team of consultants.
• Gather requirements, translate them into detailed process models and roadmaps.
• Lead expert committees, develop and present concepts, and prepare decisions.
• Coach your team in product evaluation, requirement engineering, IT architecture, and development of customer-specific interfaces (Java / XML).
• Maintain control over project progress (time, quality, budget) and celebrate successes.
• Contribute ideas internally to improve deron continuously.

Your Profile

• Degree in business informatics or comparable knowledge.
• Experience with software development to manage developers.
• Consulting experience, confident manner, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in German (at least C1) and technical English.
