Product Technical Manager (m / w / d)

Drive and lead engineering discussions with deep technical expertise in areas such as BSP, drivers, OS, RTOS, AUTOSAR, ADAS / AD middleware, ADAS / AD application stack, Camera subsystems, AI / ML / Neural network processing, Ethernet, Communication protocols, Functional Safety (ISO), Automotive SW development process, OpenCL, CUDA, and V&V processes.

Define use cases, assist with Software architecture, SDKs, BSP, ADAS / AD software / middleware, and articulate the total solution value proposition.

Manage the Software product management team aligned with organizational needs and goals.

Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams on RFIs, RFQs, and technical presentations.

Guide the development of customer projects through to SOP and beyond.

Work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment, discussing complex ideas with partners, customers, and executives.

We value:

• Experience working with multiple operating systems and/or software platforms with a comprehensive full-stack understanding.
• Ability to approach complex technology challenges with a structured and deep technical perspective.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical and business concepts clearly and effectively.
• At least 5+ years of experience leading SW / Systems architecture for L2 / L3+ ADAS systems.
